Remove function
This function allows you to remove the dough hooks (6) before the baking phase. This is not
mandatory, but has the advantage that the unaesthetic holes in the finished bread are slightly
smaller because they are caused only by the thin shafts. The bread is no longer torn by the dough
hooks (6) when removing it from the baking tin (7) and is also easier to remove.
Proceed as follows:
After the last kneading phase, 10 beeps sound and the "RMV" indicator flashes on the
display .
Press the button to pause the programme sequence for 10 minutes.
During this 10-minute pause, the remaining programme time flashes on the display .
Open the cover (2) and remove the baking tin (7).
Remove the dough with floured hands and remove the dough hooks (6).
Return the dough to the baking tin (7).
Re-insert the baking tin (7) into the automatic bread maker and close the cover (2).
Press the button to continue the programme sequence. If you do not press the button
, the programme continues automatically after a 10-minute pause.
The remove function does not apply to programmes 6, 7, 11 or 12.
End of programme
At the end of the baking process, 10 beeps sound and 0:00 is indicated on the display . The
automatic bread maker now switches to a 60-minute “keep warm” phase. To stop this “keep warm”
phase before the end of the 60 minutes, press the button and keep it pressed until a long
beep sounds.
The “keep warm” phase does not apply to programmes 6, 7 or 11.
Warning! Remove the mains plug from the power socket before opening the cover (2)
of the automatic bread maker.
Removing bread
DANGER! Use pot holders to remove the baking tin (7) or put on oven gloves. There is
a risk of burns.
Bread can be removed more easily from the baking tin (7) if you leave it there for at
least 30 minutes after baking (“keep warm” phase).
