• You will hear a beep to confirm and the display will show: ‘Saved’.

to quit the menu without saving the setting.

4.3 Making calls

4.3.1 External calls

1. Press

• The Charge/In use indicator (LED)

on the base unit flashes and the call icon

appears in the display.

2. Dial the number you want once you hear the dialling tone.

• The number appears on the display and is dialled.

3. To finish the call, press

or replace the handset in the base unit or the handset

charging unit.

4.3.2

Block dialling

1. Dial the telephone number you want to call.

2. Press

to correct the number. Use

to access the

position required.

3. Press

• The Charge/In use indicator (LED)

on the base unit flashes and the call icon

appears in the display.

• The number will be dialled automatically.

4. To finish the call, press

or replace the handset in the base unit or the handset

charging unit.

Redialing the last number dialled

1. Press

• The number you last called w

ill be dialled automatically.

Redialling one of the last 10 numbers called

1. Press

• The number you have most recently called appears in first place in the display.

2. Use

to search for the number you need.

3. Press

• The number shown in the display is dialled automatically.

4. To finish the call, press

or replace the handset in the base unit or the handset

charging unit.

4.3.5

Calling a number from the phonebook

The phone has a phonebook in which you can save numbers and names 

(see also section “6 The phonebook”). To call a number from the phonebook:

1. Press

• The first number in the phonebook appears on the display.
