Function

You can use the party wok …

– to prepare food in the traditional Chinese

Location of use

Always place the party wok on a level, ﬁ rm and

heat-resistant surface in a dry environment.

WARNING! RISK OF FIRE!

To avoid the risk of damage caused by heat and

the risk of ﬁ re in the immediate vicinity of the wok

when it is switched on, always ensure that …

► the switched-on wok is always at least 50 cm

ay from walls, furniture and other objects;

► no objects are suspended above the switched-

n wok (e.g. lamps);

► there are no easily inﬂ ammable objects in

the vicinit

y of the switched-on wok (e.g.

materials/ textiles);

► the power cable 3 and the cooking plate 1

re not located close to hot surfaces or naked

ﬂ ames;

► the power cable 3 cannot come into contact

with the cooking plate 1;

► no moisture and/or liquids can permeate the

cooking plate 1. Non-compliance incr

eases

the risk of ﬁ re or of receiving an electrical

shock!

Before initial use

Remove all party wok components from the pack-

aging. Remove all protective ﬁ lm that may be on

the appliance and clean all packaging residue

from the parts that will come into contact with food

(see Chapter "Cleaning and Care").

Operation

NOTE

► During initial use a small amount of smoke

and a slight odour may occur

, this is due to

production residue. This is completely normal

and is not dangerous. Provide suﬃ cient venti-

lation by opening a window, for example.

1) Insert the sauce dishes 2 into the slots pro-

vided for this purpose on the side of the cooking

plate 1. Then ﬁ ll the sauce dishes with the

required sauces 2.

2) Plug the power cable 3 into the cooking

plate 1. If the appliance is positioned with

the long side facing the mains power plug,

lead the cable through the clamp.
