Important safety
instructions
Failure to comply with the following instructions can
cause personal injury or material damage (electric
shock, skin burns, fire). The following safety instruc-
tions and hazard warnings are not only intended to
protect your own health and the health of others, but
also to prevent damage to the heating pad. Please
observe these safety instructions and pass on this
operating manual together with the heating pad.
RISK OF FATAL
INJURY AND ACCIDENTS FOR
INFANTS AND SMALL CHIL-
DREN! Never leave children unsupervised with
the packaging materials. Danger of suffocation.
DANGER OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK! Do not use the heating pad if it is
damp. There is a risk of electric shock.
Do not use the mains power cable
for purposes for which it was not
intended, e.g. for hanging up the
electric heating pad, carrying it or to pull the
plug out of the mains socket. Keep the mains
power cable away from heat, oil and sharp
edges. If the mains power cable is damaged
or severed, do not touch the mains power cable,
but pull the mains plug out of the mains socket
immediately. Damaged or tangled mains power
cables increase the risk of electric shock.
RISK OF INJURY! The heating
pad must be regularly checked for
signs of wear or damage. If signs of
wear or damage are detected or if the heating
pad has been used improperly, you must cease
using the heating pad and return it to your dealer
or to his customer service centre. Risk of injury!
IMPORTANT ADVICE – KEEP
THIS SAFE FOR FUTURE USE!
